Public corporate bonds

Proventus Capital Partners invests in publicly traded high-yield corporate bonds primarily in the Western European region and in the US. The typical investment is a hold-to-maturity case with the possibility to realise the investment to increase return if the market revalues the risk sooner.

Our view is that Europe needs a much more transparent, liquid and effective market for corporate bonds, especially for mid-sized companies and we have taken an initiative together with Nasdaq OMX to gather investors, issuers, banks and regulators in a discussion of how this market could be developed.
