• Mature and cash flow positive companies
• Typically a 3-6 year loan with bullet repayment

• Selective analysis to find appropriate risk weighted returns
• Focus on companies based in Western Europe and the US
• No specific industry focus
• Investment tickets of EUR 5-30 million
