Proventus Capital Partners

Proventus Capital Partners is a co-investment vehicle focusing on investments in private corporate loans and public corporate bonds and is managed by the Proventus investment team.

In September 2009, Proventus initiated Proventus Capital Partners, a co-investment vehicle through which Proventus invests its own and external funds. The first structure, Proventus Capital Partners I closed for new investments in April 2011, after investing some EUR 200 mn in a total of 15 European loans and bonds.

Beginning in May 2011, Proventus is now actively investing the funds of Proventus Capital Partners II, where Proventus, the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP4), Swedish insurance company Folksam and an additional 30 investors, including a number of institutions as well as qualified individuals, have committed approximately EUR 580 million.

Proventus Capital Partners provides development capital through private corporate loans to mid-sized companies in need for growth and restructuring capital as well as invests in public corporate bonds. Investments are carried out primarily in the Nordic region, Western Europe and in the US.

The Proventus Capital Partners I participation loan debentures and the Proventus Capital Partners II participation loan debentures are listed on the Nordic Growth Market NGM in Stockholm.
